Raff De Luise
Director
Raff’s role is primarily to devise and direct business
solutions in relation to every facet of the business, to support,
and delegate instructions.
Raff has an imposing 19-year record of accomplishment in
Real Estate beginning in residential and evolving to become
a consummate self-made commercial agent with extensive sector
experience in retail, industrial and development sites in
both the CBD and suburbs. He has overseen and largely built
the ICR Property Group from scratch to become a very successful
real estate operation with a sound referral basis.
‘Selling is not
what it’s really about; in fact, I am not a fan of
the term selling. True, I have sold many a property, but
in reality, it is my clients who have purchased many properties
because of my efforts. I am basically a facilitator; marrying
the needs of individuals and organisations who wish to transact
in the property market…’
Outside office hours, Raff is a keen golf
player, takes pleasure in listening to fine music, enjoys
Formula One Grand Prix, and is an avid reader of business
related writing in magazines and newspapers.

Heather
Munro
Property Manager, Office Administrator
Heather brings highly valued office management experience
and organisational skills into the business drawn from previous
experience in accounts work for a legal firm and at the coalface
of selling as part of the Qantas holiday sales team.
Heather has educational and industry related qualifications
in Office administration and Travel in addition to Real Estate
credentials through RMIT.
Outside of the office, she has an appreciation of all things
canine, enjoys learning Italian, fun runs and Netball.

Theresa Munro
Property Manager
We consider ourselves fortunate
to have Theresa join the team. She brings extensive office
management experience and expertise, in conjunction with excellent
organisational and communication skills into our business,
as acquired from a solid finance, entertainment and event
management environment.
Her previous career experience
included operating in the highly regarded capacity of ‘executive
assistant’ to top-level executive managers within Tabcorp
Holdings Ltd, AXA Asia Pacific, NAB & Village Roadshow
International.
Notwithstanding her truly exceptional occupational
background, Theresa has educational and industry related qualifications
in office administration in addition to Real Estate credentials
through RMIT.
Outside of the office, she has an appreciation of all things
canine, keeping fit, basketball and netball.

Guy Naselli
Sales and Leasing Consultant
It is not often that one comes
across someone with the experience and proficiency of Guy
Naselli. Our newest member, Guy joins the team as Sales and
Leasing Consultant and will focus on vendors, purchasers,
property owners and prospective tenants utilising his broad
customer relations skills.
Guy brings a wealth of both
general and expert real estate experience to our business
gained initially, within highly competitive residential markets.
Indeed, Guy’s credentials include being named in a prestigious
‘Top 50’ national real estate list! He also has
a solid technical background as a former graduate in building
engineering. Coupled with this theoretical expertise is seven
(7) years of practical experience with one of Melbourne’s
leading construction groups.
His real estate philosophy is straightforward;
‘Attention to detail is critical and Treat each client
like they have one billion dollars to spend, because one day,
they may just want to spend it with you!’
In his leisure time, Guy enjoys keeping fit, is an enthusiastic
reader, and takes pleasure in watching sport and spending
time with his family.
