Warehouse gets $1m


A refurbished office and warehouse facility on Melbourne’s CBD fringe sold at auction for $1.015 million. The single level brick warehouse at 33 Tinning Street, Brunswick has 791 square metres of floor space with a first floor office.

It is close to Antsey Train Station, major roads and the City Link Freeway. ICR Property Group agent Raff De Luise said there were five bidders.

Office and Warehouse Auction

An office and warehouse property in Brunswick, Victoria, has been sold at auction by agents of ICR Property Group. The property at 33 Tinning Street, Brunswick, located just off Sydney Road, was sold with vacant possession.

ICR Property Group director, Raff De Luise, marketed the property, which achieved a final selling price at auction of $1.015 million. According to the agents, they attracted fifty enquiries from owner occupiers and investors and five bidders at auction. The 792 sqm building comprises a ground floor warehouse with an office on the upper storey.
