Picture perfect lease in Preston


A warehouse property in Preston, Victoria, has been leased in a deal negotiated by agents of ICR Property Group.

An art framing business has leased the warehouse at 31-33 Raglan Street, Preston, with eight car parking spaces.

ICR Property Group agent Raff De Luise, negotiated the lease to La Grolla Pty Ltd at an undisclosed rate.

The lease of the 1625 sqm corner warehouse, incorporating a 116 sqm office and situated on a 1854 sqm site, is to allow the company to expand its already growing requirements for warehousing and manufacturing commitments.

“The lease in Raglan Street highlights many businesses wanting to move from the tight inner city suburbs, to areas such as Preston utilising the close proximity to Bunnings, the Homemaker Centre and Northland shopping centre,” said Mr De Luise.
