Currently on a short-term lease for $55,000 a year to an education provider, the two-level building has been a hotel known as Coopers Inn. The freehold has a building area of 200 sqm and is made up of ground-floor retail and first-floor offices or accommodation. Selling agent Raff De Luise said it was a future development site.
