Warehouse with Land in Abundance


A private investor has bought a vacant industrial site in Melbourne’s north for $1.35 million. The 4030 square metre site, at 5-7 Trawalla Avenue, Thomastown, has a 1590sqm office and warehouse. It has easy access to the Western Right Road.

ICR Property Group negotiated the sale on behalf of PR Mitchell Contractors.

Warehouse with Land in Abundance & Industrial Land Sold

Two big results have been registered in Thomastown by ICR Property Group. The first property at 5-7 Trawalla Avenue, off Mahoney’s Road and moments from Western Ring Road – was sold for $1,350,000. The other, at 78 Lipton Drive, is a 2264sqm block with rear exposure to the Western Ring Road. It was bought by an owner-occupier in the building industry. Selling agent for both was ICR Property Group.
