Sales: Airport West
The founder of King Koil mattresses has sold two major industrial properties – 43-45 Parer Road and 49-53 Halsey Road – in the North West Industrial Precinct, formerly the Essendon Airport Industrial Hub. Both properties were sold to owner occupiers in an off market deal, generating a combined total of $2,775,000.
Pet food supplier and distributor Upmarket Pets bought one of the properties.

King Koil mattresses store founder has sold two industrial facilities in Melbourne for a combined $2.77 million to owner-occupiers. The properties were in Airport West, at 43-45 Parer Road and 49-53 Halsey Road. Raff De Luise negotiated the deal.

The founder of King Koil mattresses, Lew Dobson, has sold two industrial facilities for a combined value of $2.775m. A property at Halsey Road sold to pet food product supplier Upmarket Pets, while a second building at Parer Road was purchased by fabric exporter Warwick Fabrics.
