Car firm leases

 


Independent car finance broker Stratton Finance Pty has leased an office and warehouse facility at Port Melbourne.

The two level building, at Unit 1, 435 Williamstown Road, has a total building size of 1458 square metres, which includes a two-level office area of 1137 square metres and a 321 square metre warehouse.
ICR Property Group’s Raff De Luise negotiated the lease.

Service maintenance provider A. G. Coombs Servicing has taken up a lease for a 1604 sq m office and warehouse facility at Unit 1, 435 Williamstown Road. The two-level building has an office area of 1351 sq m and a 253 sq m warehouse. ICR’s Anthony Gerges said the deal was worth $325,000 annually.

Buyers Homes in Port Melbourne


The 1,051sqm property in the heart of the Port Melbourne industrial precinct at 9/435 Williamstown Road has been sold for $2.7 million.

Raff De Luise at ICR Property Group sold the property, which is tenanted by Porter Davis Homes, with a five-year lease expiring in early 2016 and a rent of $215,000 a year.
