Melbourne workspace for $2m
An inner city warehouse in Melbourne has sold three weeks before auction for more than $2 million. Vintage decorative furnishings and design company Angelucci 20th Century picked up the 73-75 Weston Street Property and will use it as a restoration workshop. The warehouse, close to Barkly Square Shopping Centre, is one storey spread over 1124 square metres, with three roller shutter doors.
The shop window fronts Weston Street for good exposure. ICR Property Group’s Raff De Luise and conjunctional agent Joseph Carbone of Vinci Carbone negotiated the sale.
