A railway-works company has leased a corporate office and warehouse space at 31 Lakeside Avenue for $84,000 a year net on a three-year plus option for three further terms of three years. ICR Property Group’s Raff De Luise negotiated the lease of the two-level, 1793sq m property to Railway Works Products & Services Pty Ltd.

Railway works in Reservoir
Railway industry contractors Railway Works have secured a new premises in Melbourne’s north.
The group will move into a new office and warehouse at 31 Lakeside Avenue in Reservoir, with roller shutter doors, excellent internal height and seven on-site car parks. The group will pay a net annual rent of $84,000 for the two level building which measures 1,793 square metres, for three years with options to extend. ICR Property Group’s Raff De Luise brokered the deal.
